How to walk for better health and happiness with Annabel Abbs

Come and join us during London Walking Festival at the London National Park City Visitor Centre for this Masterclass with author Annabel Streets

Thursday May 8th - 10am and 11am

In these two 30-minute masterclasses, walking expert Annabel Abbs-Streets, will show us how to improve our posture, gait, rhythm, footwork and breathing, enabling us to walk further, faster, with greater elegance, serenity and joy, and with less risk of injury.
Wear comfortable shoes and bags that won’t impede your movement (side body, backpacks and bum bags are ideal).

Annabel will be available to sign books before and after the masterclass, which will start at 80 Mortimer Street and include a short walk to Cavendish Square and back.

Books available to purchase on the day thanks to our good friends at Stanfords
