instepp Resistance Walk

Join Instepp creator Julie Ford for a free Resistance Walk from the London National Park City Visitor Centre to Regents Park

Location: Vistor Centre - 80 Mortimer Street

Wednesday 14th May - 12pm & 2:30pm

An Instepp walk is a new, innovative , 2 in 1 cardio with strengthening walking regime using a unique set of resistance bands .
Walk and tone your way to health

These two walks will be led by the wonderful Instepp creator Julie Ford.

People often say that they “don’t have time to get fit” or they “can’t afford to join a gym”.

For me, health and fitness have always been at the centre of my life, from teaching Physical Education in schools, to personal training across all ages from 18-80. I have explored and embraced every innovative idea, trend and fad and try to keep abreast of the latest scientific research.

Instepp is ready to use anywhere, anytime. It’s fun, easy to use and highly effective. Give it a try!

We’ll start the session at the London National Park City Visitor Centre at 80 Mortimer Street.

The walk will take us up and around Regents Park before heading back to the Visitor Centre.

All equipment is provided. This is a free walk but you do have the option of purchasing an Instepp on the day for £39.95 if you wish.
