Fruity Walks Marylebone

Join Ranger Divya for a Fruity walk around the stunning olive trees of Marylebone.

Sunday 18th May 11:30am

Location: 80 Mortimer Street W1W 7FE

Join us on a Fruity Walk through the elegant streets of Marylebone, where magnificent olive trees tell stories of Mediterranean connections, urban resilience, and botanical wonder. Starting and ending at the LNPC Visitor Centre, we’ll explore Crawford Street’s remarkable lineup of olive trees bearing the chunkiest of black olives, including the beautiful courtyard in front of St Mary’s Church that evokes Spanish plazas and Mediterranean memories.

This walk is for Londoners passionate about nature, sustainability, and urban spaces. Through mindfulness, tree identification, and storytelling, we’ll explore how these unnoticed silvery-green trees create pockets of charm in our bustling city.

Led by Divya Hariramani Herrero, an urban fruit tree forager and Renewable Energy Consultant while running Fruity Walks on the side, this walk invites you to reconnect with nature’s resilience in unexpected urban corners and reimagine London’s future—one olive tree at a time.
