Kingston Orchard Project and forest garden is a community project on an allotment site which is designated as a site of special scientific Interest and is crucial for conserving biodiversity and maintaining natural heritage.

The orchard was founded some 18 years ago and is adjacent to a permaculture reserve and food forest, and both projects are a substantial size and require a certain amount of work. We are fortunate to have active support from a number of people who enjoy the outdoor space and wildlife, but we will welcome more.

Our wildlife pond had become dilapidated with a fallen tree and a leaking liner. We have cleared the pond and will be able to apply a good liner
