Seasonal nature and edible wild food foraging tours in Forster Memorial Park for local residents in SE6. Exploring the deciduous and pine woodlands, Centenary Sensory Garden and Orchard (previously donated by The Orchard Project).

‘Taste and Touch Tours’ last 3 hrs per tour and leaders show participants how to identify and use plants which they may be less familiar with, as ingredients, in their homes.
Leaders teach how they can add it into ordinary food. Talk about the health benefits. At the end of the tour, drinks are made and group members select herbs for infusions and take away in an organic reusable tea bag.
