Plashet Park Nature Trail was funded by Newham’s Community Assemblies and facilitated by Applecart Arts. We worked with children from Kensington Primary School to create designs for the storytelling chair, and to help with planting and taking care of the park. The project has been devised and led by Alex Smith, a local volunteer who has volunteered hours of time working to make sure the trail has made connections across the community and local volunteers. We’re also incredibly grateful to design artist Matt Bruty who created our Nature Trail Logo, and to Rule One Productions who built our community tree.
