Habitats and Heritage – Youth steering group

Habitats & Heritage is a local charity who work to protect and enhance south and west London’s historic and natural environment. We take care of our local landscape; its wildlife; ecosystems and heritage, working with local communities and organisations.

Ways That You Can Volunteer

Youth steering group: Habitats & Heritage are committed to ensuring local young people have genuine power to influence their local environment and influence the local community. Our goal is to empower and inspire young people to make their future brighter and lead progressive change in their communities and local environment.

In order to do this, we have been building a youth steering group for people of 14-25 years old to have a greater say in their local nature and environment. This volunteering is done remotely online. For more information about this and to join please get in touch with charlotte@habitatsandheritage.org.uk.
