Parkside Gardening Project provides supported volunteering opportunities for people in Newham and surrounding areas who experience mental ill health.

Ways That You Can Volunteer

Our aims are to:
– Promote good physical and mental well-being of people with mental health needs living in and around the borough of Newham;
– Enhance local landscapes for the benefit of wildlife and the local community;
– Raise public awareness of mental health issues and tackle the stigma associated with mental ill-health.

This project is part of Custom House and Canning Town Community Renewal Project
