Save Newham City Farm

We are a group of multi-talented and committed Newham residents who are passionate about saving the farm. We are all working on the campaign in a voluntary capacity.

Our aim is to work collaboratively with the Mayor and her Cabinet, council officers and other interested partners to secure funding and resources to establish a viable business plan for the farm site.

We want to re-imagine, renovate and reopen the farm as a community-led initiative.

The task is huge and this coupled with our already busy daily lives has necessitated us to be incredibly efficient and organised. We have divided ourselves into sub teams to lead on specific areas; community engagement, politics, research and legal, finance and sponsorship, administration, buildings and infrastructure, marketing and communications. As a whole team we meet fortnightly to update on progress and agree and plan the priorities for the next 2 weeks.
