The Up Garden

The UP Garden is a formerly abandoned laundry yard in an East London council estate, reclaimed by local residents to create a free-to-access community space. It is a place for inter-generational and inter-cultural socialisation, where everyone can engage with urban nature.

Ways That You Can Volunteer

Light gardening tasks, light DIY tasks, event set-up/down and general assistance, flyer distribution, transporting of donated items, other tasks typical of a community garden.
