We’ve secured National Lottery Funding

Rangers Summit November 2023

We are delighted to announce that we have received funding from the National Lottery from the Reaching Communities fund for London National Park City.

We’ve received a grant for £500,000 over four years thanks to National Lottery players. This core grant will give us the essential platform we need to expand the reach and scope of our work to make London greener, healthier and wilder.

We will use the funding to support our existing staff team and we’ll also be hiring a couple of new roles to support the organisation and ability to work with our hundreds of partners across London.

This will allow us to inspire more Londoners to connect with and care for urban nature within their local communities, understanding the value and benefits of nature connection. In turn we’ll expand the scale, reach and diversity of their Ranger community, and enhance the ability of Rangers to develop and deliver Ranger-led projects within local communities.

Hiring our first new role

Our first new role will be to find our Partnership Manager who will be responsible for expanding and enhancing our commercial partnerships and civil society partner network, identifying and recruiting more external organisations to support our work from business, fellow charities and community groups in London.

You can find out more about this role and how to apply at hr.breathehr.com/v/partnership-manager-33046

This is a really important role at a really important moment for the London National Park City movement. We’d be grateful if you can spread word about this new role widely, especially if you have someone in mind who might be perfect for it.

Thank you again to the National Lottery and National Lottery players.
