Code of Conduct
The National Park City Foundation (National Park City) is the long term movement for everyone making their cities greener, healthier, and wilder. As set out in our Charter we aim to work together to make our cities places where people and nature are better connected.
This code of conduct applies to all of our supporters, participants, contributors, volunteers, paid staff, and partners participating in any National Park City activities.
We expect all those who participate within the National Park City movement both online and in-person, to adhere to this code of conduct at all times. We will uphold the terms and expectations of this code of conduct should we feel individuals or group participants fall short of the behaviour that we can all expect.
Harassment and other code of conduct violations reduce the value of our community for everyone. We want your participation within our community to be safe and rewarding.Â
In all interactions we expect everyone to try to have an approach that has kindness at its core that will help us create a warm and caring community that helps us to achieve our ultimate goal of creating a greener, wilder city whose inhabitants are better connected to nature and each other.
Should you feel anyone is undertaking any activity or behaviour which contravenes this code of conduct we encourage you to raise your concerns with a relevant staff member or raise a concern in writing as set out in our complaints procedure.
